Your registered name must match the name on your GCash, PayMaya, or bank account used for withdrawals.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okpla's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okpla Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
okpla shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the okpla platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if okpla has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
okpla does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and events outside okpla's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability.

Upon termination for cause, okpla reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where permitted by law, any real-money balance associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Players who believe their Account has been suspended in error may contact okpla support to initiate a review.

okpla reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the okpla platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the okpla platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the okpla platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.
