okpla may disclose Personal Information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, or other government authorities when required to do so by applicable Philippine law, court order, or regulatory directive. Such disclosures are made strictly to the extent necessary to comply with the legal obligation in question.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of substantially all of okpla's assets, Personal Information held by okpla may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. Identity Verification Required To protect the security of your Personal Information, okpla may require you to verify your identity before processing a data subject request. This requirement applies equally to all requests, regardless of the right exercised.
The okpla platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. okpla does not knowingly collect or process Personal Information from persons under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you must not register for an okpla Account, access any games on the platform, or provide any Personal Information to okpla.
If okpla becomes aware, or has reasonable grounds to believe, that Personal Information has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 without appropriate verification, okpla will take immediate steps to suspend the associated Account, delete the relevant Personal Information, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
Parents and guardians who believe that a minor in their care has provided Personal Information to okpla should contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 13 so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.
okpla reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, changes in applicable Philippine law or NPC issuances, or operational changes to the okpla platform.
Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file, or through a prominent notice on the okpla platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the revised Policy takes effect. The effective date shown at the top of this Policy will be updated to reflect each revision.
